fantastic access to parks and attractions for city strolls

Staying at the hotel was perfect for my weekend as I easily explored the nearby Echo Point Lookout, which offered breathtaking views, and took leisurely walks to the charming Leura Cascades, making my trip all the more enjoyable. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, helping me feel right at home during my time there.

What they got right and wrong

The location was awesome with shops and a coffee shop nearby. The room was comfortable, warm, and clean, featuring a delightful design with cozy communal areas.

The breakfast quality disappointed, lacking variety and freshness, while the staff's presence during peak times seemed minimal and unprofessional.

Charming old-school decor

i thought this would be a dreamy getaway, but the outdated decor and lingering garlic smell were the last straw. unexpected noise from the hallways made for sleepless nights, and i certainly woudl ve been delighted with a complementary upgrade for all my troubles, but alas, nothing of the sort. absoluteley disappointed.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff once helped me with a wake-up call, which I remember fondly. I recommend staying here for a relaxing city trip.

the heating was a bit unreliable at times,, but the spacious family suite was very clean and had a lovely modern bathroom. breakfast options were simple yet satisfying, and the staff was polite and attentive to our needs.
